Dr Ariyasinghe is a board certified dermatologist in Sri Lanka , with nearly 20 years of experience in managing a wide range of skin and hair conditions, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo and pigmentary disorders, immunobullous disorders and more.

Dr Ariyasinghe received his medical degree from University of Colombo and has also taught at the Postgraduate Institute of Medicine as a visiting lecturer. He has also worked as a Director / Consultant dermatologist of the Specialist Skin Centre in Colombo.

Niranjan was admitted to the Australasian College of Dermatologists in 2026.

Dr Ariyasinghe is also the author of multiple articles in dermatology publications and has presented at medical meetings.
